Yes, we value your input and suggestions and will share them with our dedicated team responsible for setting the unit’s pricing. Their goal is to drive rental demand while maximizing revenue.

If a booking is canceled, the client pays for the pro-rated time spent in the unit in line with our cancelation policy. All revenues collected are shared with the property owner as agreed.

You will have access to live, real-time data that documents revenue and performance for every unit you lease to OAK Holidays.

Our goal is to lease each property for a minimum of three years, with a minimum contract duration of one year. We aim to maintain a stable portfolio of properties in the long run, fostering happy, long-term partnerships with our property owners.

In most cases, we prefer to take unfurnished properties and furnish them ourselves. However, we assess each property on a case-by-case basis. If your property is furnished, we will need to review the furniture and discuss the available options.
