➞ Check-in: a member of our team will meet you on arrival, as required by building management. Please share your arrival time in advance.
➞ ID requirement: in line with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) regulations, passport or Emirates ID copies are required for all guests before check-in.
➞ Rental agreement: guests may be asked to review, sign and accept a short-term rental agreement covering house rules, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
