The space

This apartment is fully equipped with all the essential daily necessities to ensure a modern and comfortable experience for all our guests.

The studio features a bed, sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully functional kitchen. You'll find a cozy sofa, a very comfortable queen-size bed, a flat-screen smart TV, high-speed internet connection, a washing machine, and a free onsite covered parking.

The kitchen is stocked with a complete set of dining utensils, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a stove for cooking.

Additionally, guests can enjoy access to amenities such as a swimming pool and gymnasium during their stay.

Guest access

You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay. Equipped with a smart lock, we'll provide you with a personalized pin code one day prior to your arrival. Rest assured, for your security, pin codes are updated following each guest checkout.

Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.

Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged AED 150 per hour applies from 11:00 AM up until 1:00 PM, after 1:00 PM guests will be charged AED 1000 for the late check-out and cleaning delay.

The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.
Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check-out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.

Please note that the fitness gym is currently under maintenance and is expected to be completed by 19 October 2026.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 3500 to AED 5000 for odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

From Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC):
